The Group Leadership Council is made up of all divisional heads and key portfolio holders that contribute to leadership decisions within the organization. The groups’ functions include reviewing overall performance of the organization and taking decisions to ensure the organization is positioned to achieve its goals. They also engage in organizational/group policy reviews and grant approvals as appropriate.
